Ela come\u00e7ou no Departamento de Marketing, coordenando todas as iniciativas de marketing e rela\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas para os mercados do Caribe e da Am\u00e9rica do Sul.<\/p>\n

Sua carreira no turismo come\u00e7ou com apenas 18 anos, como comiss\u00e1ria de bordo da ALM\/KLM, onde teve seu primeiro gostinho de aventura. Aos 21 anos, ela fez a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o setor hoteleiro no Cura\u00e7ao Caribbean Hotel, come\u00e7ando em alimentos e bebidas antes de avan\u00e7ar rapidamente para vendas, marketing, opera\u00e7\u00f5es, grupos e eventos. Com essa ampla experi\u00eancia, ela estava pronta para seu pr\u00f3ximo desafio: ingressar no Cura\u00e7ao Tourist Board como coordenadora de MICE e com\u00e9rcio para a Am\u00e9rica do Sul e o Caribe. Elaine started her tourism career at the Cura\u00e7ao Tourist Board, right after she graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She first started off in the Marketing Department, coordinating all the marketing and public relations initiatives for both the Caribbean and the South American markets.<\/p>
Now as the Regional Manager of the Caribbean, Elaine has the amazing opportunity to manage the Caribbean region, i.a. further reinforce trade relationships within the markets, to achieve the primary goal of increasing the Caribbean visitor arrival numbers.<\/p>
