Na sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o, ela \u00e9 encarregada de impulsionar a chegada de turistas, administrar a equipe regional e fornecer dados gerenciais (estat\u00edsticos).<\/p>\n
Jacqueline, uma profissional altamente qualificada, atua no ramo tur\u00edstico da ilha desde 2008, quando come\u00e7ou sua carreira no Floris Suite Hotel. Desde ent\u00e3o, ela trabalhou em v\u00e1rios hot\u00e9is de Cura\u00e7ao em departamentos como reservas, servi\u00e7os de conven\u00e7\u00f5es, eventos, vendas e marketing e, mais recentemente, como gerente geral do Blue Bay Hotel and Services. Antes disso, foi diretora de vendas e marketing do Baoase Luxury Resort.<\/p>\n
Embora tenha nascido e crescido nos Pa\u00edses Baixos, seu av\u00f4 \u00e9 natural de Cura\u00e7ao. Ela reside na ilha h\u00e1 mais de 15 anos e considera Cura\u00e7ao seu verdadeiro lar.<\/p>\n

Jacqueline Sybrandy-Held will oversees the development and implementation of sales and branding efforts for the CTB within the North American market. In her role she is responsible for growth in tourism arrivals, management of the region\u2019s team and provision of (statistical) management information.<\/p>
Keenly qualified for the role, Sybrandy-Held has worked within the island\u2019s tourism space since 2008 when she began her career at Floris Suite Hotel. Since then, she has worked at various hotels in Cura\u00e7ao across departments including reservations, convention services, events, sales and marketing and most recently, as general manager at Blue Bay Hotel and Services. Prior to that she was Director of Sales & Marketing at Baoase Luxury Resort.<\/p>
While she was born and raised in the Netherlands, her grandfather comes from Curacao. She has been living on the island for more than 15 years and call Cura\u00e7ao her true home.<\/p>

Elaine started her tourism career at the Cura\u00e7ao Tourist Board, right after she graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She first started off in the Marketing Department, coordinating all the marketing and public relations initiatives for both the Caribbean and the South American markets.<\/p>
Now as the Regional Manager of the Caribbean, Elaine has the amazing opportunity to manage the Caribbean region, i.a. further reinforce trade relationships within the markets, to achieve the primary goal of increasing the Caribbean visitor arrival numbers.<\/p>
